Verification of the influence of sport gymnastics on the development of coordinating skills

CĂlem naĹĄeho prezentovanĂŠho ÄlĂĄnku bylo ovÄĹenĂ vlivu sportovnĂ gymnastiky na rozvoj obratnostnĂch schopnostĂ u gymnastek mladĹĄĂho ĹĄkolnĂho vÄku pĹi pĹechodu do systĂŠmu vĂ˝konnostnĂch skupin. Testovanou skupinu pro tuto prĂĄci tvoĹila dÄvÄata ve tedy 6-7 let, kterĂŠ pĹeĹĄly z pĹĂpravky vĂ˝konnostnĂho oddĂlu. DĂvky zĂĄvodĂ v ÄeskĂ˝ch BudÄjovicĂch klubu Merkur ÄB. V tĂŠto byla pouĹžita metoda kvaziexperimentu. Na zaÄĂĄtku trĂŠninkovĂŠho obdobĂ jsme udÄlali vstupnĂ testovĂĄnĂ a po 3 mÄsĂcĂch pĹed VĂĄnoci realizovali zĂĄvÄreÄnĂŠ testovĂĄnĂ. OvÄĹenĂ provĂĄdÄli zĂĄkladÄ standardizovanĂ˝ch testĹŻ. VybrĂĄny byly ÄtyĹi testy zamÄĹenĂŠ hlavnÄ obratnostnĂ schopnosti. ZjiĹĄtÄnĂŠ hodnoty zaznamenĂĄvali tabulek grafĹŻ, vyhodnotili. Statistickou vĂ˝znamnost ovÄĹili pomocĂ pĂĄrovĂŠho t-testu vÄcnou Cohenova d. U vĹĄech ÄtyĹ testĹŻ se potvrdila vysokĂĄ statistickĂĄ spĂĹĄe menĹĄĂ vÄcnĂĄ vĂ˝znamnost.
